For this card, I tried the crumpled paper. That is hard with cardstock - I may have to use lighter weight paper to get the right effect.

The actual picture looks drab b/c these are just printed on regular paper. Also, I know for some I need to be more careful with the stamp - some went off whack a little. And of course, I can't cut straight :-(

Celebrate Card

First Christmas Card attempt

1 of many I am trying! Pardon the verse stamp - I stamped it, lifted it up, and then dropped it on top of it! There would be a picture in the pouch.

Thinking of You....

I used a border stamp I got from LTD. It is not on a wood block so it did not stamp that well. I also used colored pencils to color in the flower :-) I really need to get some Phrase stamps!

Crochet 4 Survivors Square done!

Today I started (and completed!) the square I am donating to Squares 4 Survivors. As a reminder of what Squares 4 Survivor is - a woman in Central Louisiana started collecting 6" squares to make afghans for survivors of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. The only requirements for this project is that they are 6" squares, odor-free, and made with washable yarn! Here is a picture of the square I did. I will be sending it to Louisiana on Monday! Sorry it is a little dark!!!!
